Good morning Central, Happy Friday! Hope this email finds you well. Just a quick couple things today: 1) Resurrection - At last count earlier this week, 35 youth and 9 adults are heading to Pigeon Forge Tennessee today for the annual Resurrection trip. You never know what God wants to do in the lives of those attending each year so I invite you to be praying for them over this weekend. 2) Music with Miss Rachel - As you know, Rachel Owens has been leading our kids music and hand chimes on Sundays to kickoff Sunday school. It has been a great addition to our ministry. Starting Feb 2, we will be expanding children's church a couple minutes in both services so that she can lead music with a little more time. It is important for us that kids still worship with their families in service. Yet we also feel it is important to maximize the time we have with kids. This will also also our Sunday school teachers to have more time with their kids. 3) Last Call - If you would like to join us for the Fresh Expressions Conference in Knoxville Saturday Feb 1st from 9-3:30am, please email me by Jan 26. I need to secure our team attending. We will learn different ways people in churches are reaching out to people outside of church. It will be worth your time.
